Job summary

McCrometer, a Veralto company, located in Hemet, CA, seeks a Flow Technician I to perform calibration and testing of flow instrumentation in our Flow Lab. You’ll build foundational hands-on skills under supervision and join a team focused on quality and precision.

Reporting to the Flow Calibration Supervisor, the role emphasizes learning calibration techniques, maintaining safety, and collaborating with senior technicians to complete tasks on time. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months experience in manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on technical environment.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and measurement instruments.
• Coursework or certification in manufacturing technology, electronics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and functional testing of flow instrumentation components.
• Document build and test records with traceability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation per 5S standards.
• Inspect components for defects or non-conformances and escalate as directed.
• Learn product knowledge and quality practices through on‑the‑job training.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
