Job summary

McCrometer, a Veralto company, is seeking a Flow Technician I to calibrate and test flow measurement products in the Hemet, CA Flow Lab. You will work on-site under supervision, building hands-on skills in calibration techniques and quality practices.

You will document records, learn product knowledge, and collaborate with experienced technicians to meet production goals and safety standards while growing your career in flow technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months+ experience in manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on technical environments.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and measurement instruments.
• Coursework or certification in manufacturing tech, electronics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and functional testing of flow instrumentation components.
• Document build and test records accurately for traceability.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation following 5S standards.
• Inspect components for defects and escalate issues as needed.
• Learn product knowledge, tools, and quality practices through training.
• Collaborate with team members and follow directions to meet goals
