AWC Frac Technology seeks a Flow Iron / Valve Technician in Morgantown, West Virginia, for a full-time, onsite role in the oil and gas service industry. You will assist with the inspection, repair, testing, and recertification of customer flow iron and valves while supporting daily shop operations.

The position emphasizes rebuilding valves, UT inspections, preparing equipment for testing, and maintaining records while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of related experience.
• Iron Technician experience or certification preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work safely in a shop environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Rebuild plug valves, check valves, relief valves, and chiksans.
• Perform visual and ultrasonic thickness inspections on flow iron.
• Prepare flow iron and valves for testing and recertification.
• Assist with cleaning, disassembly, and assembly of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
