Job summary

AWC Indeed in Morgantown, WV is seeking a skilled Welder for a labor-intensive, hands-on role focusing on welding and repairing frac-related equipment. The ideal candidate brings experience across GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW, with attention to safety and physical endurance.

Responsibilities include production and repair welding, reading specifications, and operating forklifts and cranes. Overtime and outdoor work are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• 5 years welding experience.
• Experience with multiple welding processes and safety-conscious approach.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
• Available for overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and repair welding on valves and frac equipment.
• Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment.
• Read and interpret welding specifications, part drawings, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Safely operate grinders, saws, plasma cutters, and flame-cutting tools.
• Use lifting equipment such as overhead cranes, jib cranes, and forklifts.
• Monitor and maintain welding supply inventory.
• Complete required training per HR, Safety, and Quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

About the Role:

AWC Indeed is seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our team in Morgantown, WV This is a labor-intensive, hands‑on positionfocused on welding and repairing frac‑related equipment. The ideal candidate is experienced in multiple welding processes, safety‑conscious, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment with heavy machinery and forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform production and repair welding on valves and frac equipment
• Operate manual and semi‑automatic welding equipment
• Utilize welding processes including GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW
• Read and interpret welding specifications, part drawings, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of completed work

• Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment
• Available to work overtime and weekends as needed
