Axle is seeking an outstanding Flow Cytometry Specialist to join our team in Bethesda, MD. The role involves operating flow cytometry instruments, performing cell sorting, and supporting researchers with data interpretation and method development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in flow cytometry.
• Experience with BSL2; BSL3 would be beneficial.
• Proficiency with basic lab techniques and flow cytometry methods.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to facility operation, including flow cytometry analysis and cell sorting with independent instrument operation.
• Perform daily quality control and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot Flow Cytometry equipment.
• Provide support to researchers using instruments.
• Assist with user training and panel development.
• Prepare samples and staining for flow cytometry analysis.
• Assist in SOPs and GLP-related documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and checks.
• Support R&D programs for new assays and technologies.
