Job summary

TD2 Oncology in Bothell, WA, is seeking a Research Associate II for the Preclinical/Clinical Flow Cytometry team. You will execute and support sample processing, acquisition, and data analysis in GLP/CAP environments as part of our oncology development program.

The role requires 4–7 years of flow cytometry experience (or Master’s with lab experience), tissue culture, and strong documentation. You will work in a team, support protocols, calibrate equipment, and contribute to poster-ready data

Qualifications

4–7 years Flow Cytometry experience and a Bachelor’s Degree/Biotechnology Certificate in science required.
Master’s degree and 4–6 years general lab experience can replace flow cytometry experience at TD2’s discretion.
Experience in tissue/cell culture is required.

Responsibilities

Interprets and follows study and flow cytometry protocols with accuracy.
Prepares and runs samples for flow cytometry analysis.
Maintains detailed and organized laboratory notes, documents, and files.
Performs quality control review and verification of scientific data.
Maintains and calibrates lab equipment daily and/or weekly, including the flow cytometer.
Participates in team and scientific meetings as appropriate.
