Job summary

IQVIA Inc. in Valencia, CA is seeking a Laboratory Associate- Flow Cytometry to join our laboratory team. The role focuses on performing analytical procedures, data analysis, and calibration under SOPs and GLP guidelines.

You will train entry-level staff, support quality investigations, and maintain equipment while communicating with cross-functional partners. Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 4 PM to 12:30 AM; full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology or cytotechnology.
• 6 months experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of GLP and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with routine laboratory calculations (averages, means, SD).
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document analytical procedures per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze data to ensure results are within expected tolerances.
• Escalate performance issues to senior staff.
• Prepare data for upload to LIMS under guidance of seniors.
• Assist in quality investigations and deviations.
