Job summary

IQVIA’s Valencia, CA laboratory is seeking a Laboratory Associate- Flow Cytometry to join our team. This role supports analytical procedures, data analysis, and quality investigations in a regulated environment, with a Tuesday–Saturday 4PM–12:30 AM shift.

You will help prepare buffers, operate and calibrate equipment, and train entry-level staff while ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 months experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of GLP and lab safety procedures.
• Experience with routine laboratory calculations and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document analytical procedures per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Performs routine data analysis to verify procedures meet expectations and tolerances.
• Identify and escalate unusual results to senior lab personnel.
• Prepare data analysis results for upload to LIMS under supervision.
• Assist in quality investigations and deviations.
• Prepare buffers and solutions as required.
• Assist in reviewing and updating laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Guide entry level staff and support onboarding.
