Job summary

ExxonMobil's Houston campus is seeking a skilled laboratory researcher to support pilot unit operations and analytical work. The role focuses on flow assurance, sample analyses, and maintaining safe lab practices to enable exploration and development within energy technologies.

You will assist in high‑pressure, high‑temperature lab environments, ensuring accurate data, compliance with SOPs, and teamwork with cross‑functional groups on ongoing R&D projects.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in geochemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields required.

Responsibilities

• Champion flow assurance and well research operations in pilot unit operations.
• Support research programs simulating field conditions and configuration changes.
• Provide sample analysis including filtration, mass balance, and fluid properties.
