Job summary

EMP Trust HR Solutions in Stuttgart, Arkansas seeks a Flour Mill Shift Supervisor. You will oversee production, packing and shipping of flour on rotating 12‑hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with overtime on weekends and holidays.

May operate a forklift as needed and perform basic equipment maintenance. Required: high school diploma or GED, basic math, supervisory ability, mechanical aptitude, and basic computer skills.

May include driving a forklift, telescoping forklift. Perform prescribed preventive maintenance on equipment. Follow food safety, legal, quality, process control policies and regulations. Maintain required company forms and records. Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the lead operator or a member of management. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.**Basic Qualifications:*** High School graduate or GED* Must be willing and able to supervise employee(s).* Must possess basic math skills. (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)* Must be mechanically inclined, to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot.* Must be possess basic computer skills.* Close visual work on PC and controls, determine detail, able to distinguish colors.* Must be willing and able to climb up to 100 feet using catwalk and ladders.* Must be willing and able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 50 feet as needed.* Must be willing and able to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, and turn throughout the day.* Must be willing and able to work in hot and cold temperatures, inside and outside the plant for periods of time.
