Riceland Foods, Inc. operates a flour mill where the main duty is to run the milling process and ensure quality. You will adjust machinery to produce the finest flour, monitor equipment, and perform routine maintenance while adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards.

The role requires following HACCP and food safety policies, taking hourly samples for analysis, and completing all assigned paperwork. A high school diploma or equivalent and some experience are preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Produce the finest grind of flour by making adjustments as needed.
• Clean magnets.
• Check hammermill screens.
• Monitor all equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Take a sample each hour, analyze and record results.
• Aid in sanitation.
• Bulk load if needed.
• Complete all paperwork assigned.
• Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor.
• Wear personal protective equipment and work safely.
• Follow HACCP and food safety policies.
• Attend training as required.
