Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of equipment; notify management of need for repairs.
• Perform light maintenance work and sanitation duties daily.
• Operate forklift and heavy machinery.
• Complete SA logs as required.
• Recommend and implement process improvements as approved.
• Cross-train in all Mill Equipment Operator positions: Control Room, Sheller, Whitener, and Hammermill.
• Work within a team environment.
• Comply with safety rules and good manufacturing practices.
• Greet visitors and represent the company professionally.
