Qualifications

Job Summary

Perform all necessary tasks involving producing, packing and shipping flour. May include driving a forklift, telescoping forklift. Perform prescribed preventive maintenance on equipment. Follow food safety, legal, quality, process control policies and regulations. Maintain required company forms and records. Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the lead operator or a member of management. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Basic Qualifications
