The team works to provide reasonable and advanced-scheduling notice to staff within the agreed upon availability. We are open 365 days a year, therefore there are a variety of shifts to work. Floris is open Saturday through Wednesday with daytime seating.

The Floris Executive Chef supports the Floris General Manager in overseeing the success and efficient operation of the Floris tearoom through effective leadership and open communication. This position reports to the Senior Director of Restaurants and Events and is responsible for the smooth execution of all activities in the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation and training.
