Metric Geo seeks a seasoned leader to head its Florida Transportation business unit, with flexibility to base in Orlando or Tampa. This top leadership role focuses on growth, client relations, and strategic delivery across transportation markets.

You will assemble pursuit teams, guide proposals and negotiations, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability across projects, while mentoring a high-performing regional team.

• Drive business growth across established and emerging transportation markets by developing strategic plans, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales, revenue, and profitability objectives.
• Build and strengthen client and industry relationships with clients, contractors, industry partners, and professional organizations to expand market presence and generate new opportunities.
• Lead strategic pursuits and project delivery, assembling pursuit teams, overseeing proposals and contract negotiations, and ensuring projects meet safety, quality, schedule, budget, and profitability objectives.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and practices to identify cross-selling opportunities, support innovative delivery strategies, and deliver integrated solutions across the regional market.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, performance management, employee development, financial oversight, risk management, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
