Westcor Land Title Insurance Company is seeking an Agency Representative in Florida to develop and retain a strong agent client base and manage marketing programs for prospective and existing agents. The role interfaces with regional management and counsel to tailor agent solutions and service delivery.

The candidate will build relationships, secure new business, and maintain client partnerships across Jacksonville and St. Petersburg regions, traveling as needed to cover the assigned area.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma
• 2–5 years Title/Real estate industry experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to listen to customers and understand needs and objectives
• Diplomacy and tact in business interactions
• Persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to persuade and influence; strong negotiation skills
• Flexibility to adapt strategy to changing conditions

Responsabilidades

• Develops and retains a quality Agent client base; administers marketing to prospective agents and maintains existing customers.
• Interfaces with division/regional management and legal counsel on agent management.
• Maintains ongoing customer relationships and services needs throughout.
• Builds client relationships, secures new business, and expands existing client base.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for sales leads; develops and executes a call plan.
• Is highly visible in the marketing area by attending industry events and organizations.
• Delivers group and individual presentations to customers and others.
• Assesses client needs and develops plans to meet them.
