Job summary

Stitch Golf is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to advance specialty store development across Florida (excluding the Panhandle). You will introduce our premium apparel and travel bag line to top men’s retailers, from boutiques to multi‑door stores, and become the face of Stitch Golf’s push beyond green grass.

You will travel regularly, manage a growing book of business, present seasonal collections to retail buyers, drive sell‑in, and build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of outside sales experience in apparel, golf, or related lifestyle category.
• Established relationships with men's specialty retailers in Florida (excluding Panhandle).
• Proven ability to open new doors and grow accounts beyond service.
• Comfortable with regular travel across the territory.
• Ability to present seasonal collections to retail buyers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and open new specialty retail accounts for Stitch Golf apparel and travel bags throughout Florida (excluding the Panhandle).
• Build and manage a growing book of business with premium men's retailers, from independents to multi-door chains.
• Represent the full apparel and travel line in person, presenting seasonal collections and driving sell‑in at retail.
• Own the sales cycle for the territory: prospecting, presenting, closing, reordering, and account retention.
• Travel the territory regularly to call on accounts face‑to‑face and maintain in-person relationships.
• Represent Stitch Golf at regional trade shows, working the booth and generating new account leads.
• Partner with the Stitch Golf team on seasonal launches, market feedback, and territory growth planning.
• Maintain knowledge of the men’s specialty retail landscape and competitive brands in the territory.
