Job summary

Stitch Golf seeks a Territory Sales Representative to lead specialty store development across Florida (excluding the Panhandle). You will introduce our premium apparel and travel bag collection into top men's specialty retailers, acting as the face of Stitch Golf on the retail floor.

The role requires 10+ years of outside sales, strong relationships in Florida, and the ability to open new doors while traveling the territory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of outside sales experience in apparel, golf, or related lifestyle categories.
• Existing relationships with men's specialty retailers in Florida (excluding Panhandle).
• Ability to open new doors and grow existing accounts, not just service current ones.
• Comfortable with regular travel across the territory.
• Trade show experience and willingness to work shows as part of regular schedule.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with territory-building drive.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills for premium retail buyers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and open new specialty retail accounts for Stitch Golf apparel and travel bags throughout Florida (excluding Panhandle).
• Build and manage a growing book of business with premium men's retailers, from boutiques to multi-door chains.
• Represent the full apparel and travel line in person, presenting seasonal collections and driving sell-in at retail.
• Own the sales cycle for the territory: prospecting, presenting, closing, reordering, and account retention.
