Job summary

Stitch Golf is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to lead specialty store development across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Western Tennessee. You will be the face of Stitch Golf's push beyond green grass and into the retail floor.

This role involves building relationships with premium men's retailers, presenting seasonal collections, and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to reordering. Based in North Carolina, frequent travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of outside sales experience in apparel or lifestyle goods.
• Existing relationships with men's specialty retailers in the territory.
• Willingness to travel regularly and manage the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and open new specialty retail accounts throughout the territory.
• Build and manage a growing book of business with premium men's retailers.
• Represent the full apparel and travel line in-person, driving sell-in at retail.
• Own the sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, closing, reordering, and retention.
• Travel the territory regularly to call on accounts face-to-face.
• Represent Stitch Golf at regional trade shows and support market feedback.
• Collaborate with the team on launches and territory growth.
