Lulich & Attorneys, P.A. is a growing Florida law firm seeking an experienced Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our real estate practice.

This position emphasizes closing transactions, client communication, and ownership from contract through closing. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of real estate experience, active Florida Bar membership, and a strong grasp of contracts, title, and closing procedures.

Mansioni

• Represent buyers, sellers, investors, developers, lenders, landlords, and business owners in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related transactional documents.
• Review title commitments, surveys, lien searches, easements, restrictions, and other due diligence materials.
• Identify and resolve title issues and closing-related legal issues.
• Review and prepare deeds, affidavits, assignments, escrow agreements, closing documents, and other instruments affecting real property.
• Advise clients regarding contractual rights, title matters, financing issues, entity ownership, and transaction structure.
• Handle commercial leasing matters, including drafting and negotiating leases and amendments.
• Coordinate with lenders, brokers, real estate agents, surveyors, title underwriters, CPAs, and other professionals involved in transactions.
• Provide underwriting analysis and communicate with title underwriters when necessary.
• Work closely with the firm's closing team to ensure transactions progress efficiently from contract through closing.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and referral partners throughout each transaction.
• Assist with developing and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals and other referral sources.
• Help improve systems, processes, and procedures as the firm's real estate practice continues to grow.
