Zusammenfassung

Chrysalis Health is seeking Florida-licensed psychiatrists (MD/DO) to provide forensic evaluations for youth involved with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ). These are flexible, evaluation-focused roles with independent contractor status and no ongoing therapy requirements.

Evaluations may occur in the psychiatrist's private practice, Chrysalis Health offices, or at DJJ facilities statewide, with administrative support to streamline reporting and scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted Florida license as a Psychiatrist (MD)
• Board Certified
• Experience with psychiatric assessments, forensic evaluations, court-related evaluations, or juvenile populations preferred
• Ability to conduct in-person evaluations
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, report writing, and documentation skills
• Professional, objective, and timely completion of evaluations

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and diagnostic evaluations for youth referred through the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ)
• Review medical records, psychiatric history, court documentation, and collateral information
• Develop diagnostic impressions and provide treatment recommendations
• Complete clear, concise, and court-ready evaluation reports
