Ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in community association law, real estate or litigation, active Florida Bar, strong drafting skills, and a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership.
• 2–5 years of legal experience in community association law, real estate or litigation.
• Strong drafting skills across legal documents, contracts and/or litigation materials.

Responsabilités

• Advise & guide HOA/COA boards across Florida on governance, budgeting, reserves and operations.
• Draft, review, and amend Declarations, Bylaws, Rules, and other governing documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and regulations; translate updates into actionable guidance.
