You will bring active Florida Bar membership and 2–5 years of relevant experience in community association law, real estate, or litigation, plus strong drafting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• 2–5 years of legal experience with exposure to community association law, real estate, or litigation.
• Strong drafting skills across legal documents, contracts, and/or litigation materials.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, structured guidance.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Professional, direct communication style with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Advise HOA and COA boards across Florida with governance, budgeting, reserves, and operational decision‑making.
• Draft, review, and amend governing documents (Declarations, Bylaws, Rules) and support developer turnover.
• Stay current on Florida community association law and translate updates into actionable guidance.
• Assist with covenant enforcement, pre‑litigation processes, and support litigation drafting.
