Southern Diversified Distributors, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to cover the Fort Myers, Naples & Miami, Florida region. You will collaborate with William Bird representatives to grow market share and drive profitable sales of floor‑covering products across multiple categories.

A solution‑selling approach and strong business sense are essential. The role emphasizes relationship building, responsiveness to customers, and cross‑functional teamwork to maximize growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in floor‑covering sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate closely with internal teams and maximize growth opportunities within their assigned territory.
• Drive profitable business by selling a variety of floor‑covering products.
• Develop personal relationships and turn those relationships into business results.
• Be responsive to customers’ needs by using text, email, and/or phone.
• Understand customers’ business, identify solutions, and present them with enthusiasm.
