Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential construction management.
• Florida Construction License is required or to be obtained.
• Strong communication, leadership and time management skills.

• Coordinate vendors and contractors to procure materials and oversee phases of construction processes.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Manage construction schedules, budgets, and inventory homes.
