The Salvation Army in Florida seeks a Finance Leader to oversee the division's accounting systems and financial consolidation. This role ensures data integrity, accurate reporting, and strong internal controls across multiple units.

You will develop budgets, forecast models, and variance analyses, while guiding field operations toward cost reductions and process improvements. A senior-level candidate with nonprofit experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 5 years in accounting and financial systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 7 years in accounting and financial systems.
• Nonprofit accounting and senior-management support experience preferred.
• Great Plains experience highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage regional financial accounting workflow through transactional accounting and reporting.
• Coordinate annual financial consolidation across all units in the Division.
• Oversee financial forecast reports and models.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement analysis.
• Lead the budget development process for all locations in the Division.
