Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional for the Reception and Medical Center in Lake Butler, FL. The role focuses on mental health case management, assessments, crisis intervention, and therapy within a correctional setting.

The position runs 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Licensure as LMHC/LCSW/LMFT or MH Intern status is required, with preference for two years of direct care experience and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Active mental health license in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or MH Registered Interns.
• Must have active Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management services in a correctional setting.
• Consult with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care.
• Conduct intake and assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
