Job summary

Titan America is seeking a Plant Supervisor for its Florida Road Ready-Mix Concrete Plant in Orange Park. This salaried non-exempt role reports to the Operations Supervisor and oversees daily plant operations including maintenance, production, inventory, safety, and supervision of staff.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality, timely deliveries, OSHA compliance, and proper documentation. Required are a high school diploma, 5 years ready-mix experience, and Certifications in ACI Level I and

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 5 years in Ready Mix Concrete, plant management preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, maintenance, production, inventory control, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Supervise plant employees and schedule material deliveries to meet customer needs.
• Ensure products meet quality expectations and deliveries are prompt and safe.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce company policies; manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepare paperwork and manage cash sales per established practices.
