Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar, with a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law.
• Extensive experience in Civil Defense Litigation, particularly in Insurance Defense cases.
• Strong knowledge of liability, product, premises, auto, and trucking accident laws.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload without compromising quality.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Exceptional client service skills and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil defense litigation cases including insurance defense and auto claims.
• Conduct legal research and analyze various legal issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
