Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in Florida.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with insurance defense and carrier reporting/billing guidelines is a plus.
- Team-oriented mindset with collaboration across offices.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys in rapid response investigations following catastrophic losses.
- Engage in case evaluations, strategy development, and reporting.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Take part in depositions and trial preparation.
- Work closely with insurance carriers and private clients.
