Job summary

ZBiotics is expanding into Florida and is hiring two Area Sales Managers to build our presence on the ground from day one. You will call on off-premise accounts, educate retailers, and collaborate with distributor partners to drive velocity across the state.

These field-first roles require relationship skills, a passion for premium brands, and the ability to train staff and create ambassador networks. Base salary ranges from $105,000 to $120,000, plus equity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years beverage-alcohol industry experience in Florida markets.
• Experience managing off-premise retail accounts including major chains and independents.
• Experience educating staff and retailers and driving distributor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Sell and manage execution in off-premise accounts.
• Sell-in multiple ZBiotics SKUs and secure prominent displays.
• Manage inventory levels and communicate shortages to stores and distributors.
• Secure incremental displays and shelf placement.
• Conduct staff education and in-store demos weekly.
• Create targeted on-premise accounts and secure distribution and menu placements.
• Build relationships with waitstaff and training ambassadors; collaborate with Retail Marketing.
