Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to manage in-store displays across locations in your territory. You will visit each store and ensure our flowers are displayed to delight customers and drive sales.

The role offers paid training, a mobile phone allowance, transportation expense reimbursement, and access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees. Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am to 1:00pm, with pay at $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Availability to work during peak season (Nov–May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to report activities to the supervisor.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support festive-season readiness for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.
• Assist teammates with special activities as needed.
