Job summary

Albrecht Foods Sentry Delafield is seeking a friendly floral team member to assist customers, prepare and display fresh flowers, and manage daily shop tasks. You will greet customers, take orders, and help maintain a welcoming, clean floral area.

Responsibilities include handling fresh flowers, assisting with gift items, and ensuring stock rotates for maximum freshness. Prior retail or floral experience is preferred, with a willingness to learn and adapt during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or basic floral/creative work preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a floral/gift shop environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet shoppers warmly, answer questions, and help customers.
• Sweep, mop, and keep floral area clean and organized.
• Unpack, strip, cut, and price fresh-cut flowers.
• Water, trim, and care for plants and displays.
• Take custom floral orders in person or by phone.
• Inflate balloons and assemble gift items as needed.
• Rotate stock to maintain freshness and quality.
