Job summary

The Design Haus in Hickory Creek, TX is seeking a Floral Operations Specialist – Strike Team to manage end-of-night breakdown and inventory recovery for floral installations and event décor. This role is fast-paced and requires lifting 30–50 lbs, staying sharp late at night, and coordinating with the Operations Lead to ensure safe, efficient strike and proper asset accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be available for late nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive vans/box trucks preferred.
• Comfortable standing, lifting, and moving 30–50 lbs+.
• Exposure to floral/event environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Event strike and breakdown of floral installations and décor.
• Unload, pack, and return items to the warehouse.
• Inventory recovery and reset for the next production cycle.
• Maintain safety and organization during late-night operations.
