Job summary

Flowerama, part of FLOWERS.com Inc., in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a full-time Retail Manager with strong customer service and retail experience to lead our florist and gift store.

You will hire, train, supervise staff, manage daily operations, inventory, and pricing, and oversee profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including peak seasons like Valentine and Mother's Day, and the ability to lift 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and/or retail experience required.

Responsibilities
