Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise floral designers and sales staff; provide guidance and performance feedback.
• Order flowers and supplies and manage stock levels.
• Interact with customers, design arrangements for events.
• Analyze sales and manage budgets to meet revenue goals.
• Support visual merchandising and seasonal promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
