Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a business or food service field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all floral associates within the department and manages staffing per store volume.
• Builds displays that are clean, simple and merchandised to company standards.
• Trains and coaches floral associates; coordinates training in the district.
• Schedules all floral associates and oversees training, rewards and recognition of performance.
• Maintains department cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to health and OSHA requirements.
• Monitors inventory, pricing, and product quality; ensures proper dating and restocking.
