Qualifications

• Experience supporting a fast-paced floral operation.
• Ability to identify and manage multiple flower varieties.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a cooler.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, service-minded with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage floral varieties stocked in cooler.
• Receive, unpack, hydrate, and process incoming flower shipments daily.
• Monitor and ensure quality of flowers stored in the coolers.
• Prepare floral products for design team and deliveries.
• Keep processing area and cooler clean, organized, and OSHA compliant.
