Falcon Farms is hiring a Full-Time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores within a designated territory and ensure vibrant, eye-catching floral displays. You will stock, organize, and monitor inventory while using a mobile device to report activity to your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Daily commitment: ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons and participate in department resets when needed.
