Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. seeks a Part-time Flower Merchandiser to manage in-store displays and inventory across multiple locations. You will visit stores on a planned route, ensuring attractive displays and timely restocking while engaging customers professionally.

Core duties include independent work with local teams, use of mobile reporting, and seasonal readiness for peak demand. Training is provided and a phone allowance is included where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with clients.
• Work independently while collaborating with local teams on displays and inventory optimization.
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Participate in festive-season preparedness for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
