Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser to represent the brand in stores across your territory.

You will ensure floral displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards, delight customers, and support store partners. You will work independently with local teams, restock inventory, use a mobile device to report activities, and adapt displays during peak seasons such as Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds and stand/walk during shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons to prepare stores for demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.
• Work independently while collaborating with local teams.
