Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to create appealing in-store displays and manage inventory across assigned locations. You will work independently on your route while coordinating with local teams to delight customers.

You must be at least 18, fluent in English, have reliable transportation, and be available for the peak season. Training is provided, and you will receive a mobile phone allowance and route reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive in each store.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• During peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), ensure stores are prepared for increased demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities as needed.
