Qualifications

• At least 1 year in inventory, receiving, warehouse, or retail stock.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel or inventory management tools.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Reliable private transportation to travel between three locations.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, verify quantities, resolve shortages or damaged items.
• Track flowers, plants, décor, and other inventory.
• Perform regular counts, investigate discrepancies, monitor stock levels.
• Organize and label storage areas; manage inter-location transfers.
• Coordinate with designers and event staff to prepare supplies.
• Monitor perishable inventory rotation and maintain price lists across systems.
• Communicate with vendors, analyze pricing, and procure items as necessary.
• Track rental items and check for damages or missing pieces.
