Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit various store locations. You will ensure vibrant displays, restock flowers, and report activities via mobile device. Training is provided, plus perks such as a phone allowance and route reimbursements.

This role focuses on creating attractive arrangements, collaborating with local teams, and handling inventory adjustments. Availability during peak season is required; a valid smartphone and reliable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons with prepared displays for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.
