Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Floral design knowledge and care handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting every customer warmly and counseling on plant and floral care.
• Process and cut flowers and wrap with care to avoid damage.
• Fill customer orders completely and on time, including special occasions.
• Understand and process FTD, interstore, Teleflora, and internet orders; maintain confidentiality.
• Inventory product and evaluate freshness; replace damaged items.
