Job summary

Harris Teeter in South Carolina is seeking a customer-oriented floral department associate to take excellent care of customers, offer product knowledge, and perform duties from stocking to arranging flowers for events.

You will unload stock, maintain coolers, help customers, and participate in training programs to uphold Harris Teeter standards. This role emphasizes courteous service, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associates must be at least 16 years of age.
• Complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Follow Harris Teeter customer service standards and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Process and stock floral products, unload deliveries, and maintain display areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and comply with health and safety policies.
• Attend training and adapt to various tasks as requested by management.
• Represent Harris Teeter professionally and deliver prompt, courteous service.
