Job summary

Hy-Vee, Inc. is seeking a Floral Clerk in Missouri to assist customers with floral orders, stock the department, and provide warm, attentive service. The role supports daily operations from greeting customers to processing POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with floral orders in person or by phone.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish floral products including bouquets and arrangements.
• Send and retrieve orders (FTD, Teleflora) while keeping order details confidential.
• Review product freshness and anticipate daily department needs.
• Operate the department register and handle payments as needed.
• Maintain department cleanliness and stock levels.
