You will keep workspaces clean, replenish inventory, and ensure displays are inviting while lifting up to 40 lbs and handling helium tanks and basic POS systems.

The role emphasizes design craftsmanship, customer service, organizational skills, and teamwork to deliver beautiful expressions for customers throughout the store.

Competenze

• Floral design experience with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers and translate ideas into arrangements.
• Capability to maintain clean, organized workspaces and manage inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/move throughout the day.
