Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Floral Designer to turn customers' dreams into stunning arrangements. You will design with seasonal blooms, maintain organized displays, and assist customers to match their vision with the right florals.

You will handle inventory, stock replenishment, and safe operation of tools, including helium tanks, while contributing to a friendly, fast-paced store environment. Weekly wages reflect seasonal responsibilities and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement and design with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate ideas into beautiful arrangements.
• Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and stand/move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.

A Day In The Life

As a Floral Designer, no two days are ever the same. Customers walk in with dreams-visions of romance, celebration, or heartfelt remembrance and you bring those visions to life. With creativity and care, you design stunning arrangements using your knowledge of floral seasonality and perishability. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and ensure every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed. You’ll also lift and move floral products and supplies, often up to 40 lbs., and work with helium tanks and other tools of the trade. If you have a green thumb, a creative eye, and a passion for helping others celebrate life’s moments, this is the role for you.

What You Bring To The Table

• Floral Design Expertise: Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Product Knowledge: Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
