Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Floral Clerk to brighten our store with fresh flowers and plants, create beautiful arrangements, and help customers choose the perfect blooms for any occasion. You will craft custom bouquets and maintain an inviting floral department.

You’ll assist customers, keep displays appealing, and support inventory and POS tasks. If you enjoy color, hands-on work, and friendly service, this role could be a great fit.

We’re looking for a creative and customer-friendly Floral Clerk to brighten our store and our customers’ days! In this role, you’ll care for and merchandise fresh flowers and plants, create beautiful arrangements, and keep the floral department clean, organized, and inviting. You’ll assist customers in selecting the perfect blooms for any occasion and provide helpful, friendly service. Floral design skills are a big plus, as you’ll have the opportunity to craft custom bouquets and displays. What You Bring To The Table

• Product Knowledge: Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into beautiful arrangements.
• Organizational Skills: Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and perform tasks that require standing and moving throughout the day.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Teamwork: Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
